You will play a pivotal role in warmly welcoming and supporting visitors, residents, and staff. You will be answering phone queries, welcoming and supporting visitors, and completing general administration tasks.As the Administration Manager, you will be a critical member of the care home management team and will support this team with a wide range of duties, including greeting loved ones, answering phone calls, processing new residents' paperwork and supporting with recruitment of staff.
