This permanent, full-time position is available for 32 hours per week, with flexibility across working days and hours, including working 1 weekend day each week.This role supports the Nurse Manager by assisting with the delivery of operational and hospitality services for residential care residents. Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting with planning programmes for daily activities, assisting the manager with front-of-house duties, and ensuring all areas are consistent with our premium positioning.Duties include:Assist Care Suite residents in a concierge-like capacity, helping them coordinate and manage their day to spend leisure time doing what they love.Liaise with external suppliers and build relationships with the local community.Coordinate resident admissions and transitions (from Village) to care.Assist and coordinate the daily dining experience for residents.About youIdeally, you will have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in Aged Care, event management, or client-facing roles. Customer service is at the heart of everything you do, along with excellent people skills and the ability to manage and lead a successful collaborative team.
