Care Coordinator

We are after a full-time Care Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team based in Whangarei! About the role As a care coordinator you'd be organising home-based care and support services that enable Access clients to live as safely and as independently as possible. There's never a dull day in this position. You'll constantly be collaborating and discussing creative solutions with your other team mates to get the rosters completed. What you'd be doing Rostering our Northland support workers Calling support workers to cover shifts Talking to our clients ensuring their needs are met Helping with other internal queries as they arise Why Us?
