To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an emergency department or similar fast-paced environment.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A strong understanding of health and safety protocols, and the ability to adhere to them strictly.
