You must hold a full driving licence and have reliable transportation as some of our clients require accompanying to appointments.
Job Description Care Assistant Benefits:
Excellent pay rates - from £11.30 to £12.30 per hour, plus enhanced bank holiday rates
Minimum 1 hour calls – time to develop and build a great relationship with your client

Mileage and travel time - @45p per mile/travel paid at minimum wage per hr

Care Assistant Responsibilities:
Home Instead carers are called Care Professionals and being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-centred care.
Duties can include:
Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
Accompanying to appointments or shopping
Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications You aren't required to have experience for this role. We offer Award Winning training which is a combination of e-learning and in-house workshops, leading to a nationally recognised Certificate of Care once completed.
