As a Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform a wide range of diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, including transthoracic, transoesophageal, and stress echocardiography. Your expertise will play a critical role in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a friendly, patient-centred environment. There are opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement. You will work Monday to Friday, routine hours with no on-call. The full-time equivalent salary range for a Cardiac Sonographer working 80 hours a week is $113,551 to $128,546 (Step 1 to 5) based on the current APEX Sonographer Collective Agreement dependent on skills, experience, and registration in NZ. Hold full registration with the MRTB and a current annual practising certificate in Cardiac Ultrasound.
