Cardiac Sonographer

Mo te tunga | About the Role The Echo Team is a small team who work closely with the Echo consultants. They are part of the larger cardiac technical team.
This is a permanent full-time role for an experienced Cardiac Sonographer, with on-call hours required.
Ko wai koe | About You In this role, you will be responsible for:
Performing and reporting echos, exercise echos, and assisting in DSEs in the Echo department;Observing professional ethics and demonstrating professional responsibility and accountability;Developing departmental skills and standards, as well as maintaining adequate knowledge and sufficient training to carry out clinical procedures.This role will require participation in "on-call" services, as well as overtime where needed.
Current Annual Practicing Certificate will be mandatory;Registration with the MRTB is essential;Minimum requirement of Post Graduate Diploma in Cardiac Ultrasound or equivalent.
