Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming environment. Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing of each vehicle. Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with potential and existing customers, providing excellent after-sales service. Documentation: Handle all paperwork related to vehicle sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership policies. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirement Experience: Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided. Communication: The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. While proficiency in Chinese is preferred, it is not required.
