You'll oversee contract compliance, conduct field inspections, and collaborate with teams to ensure specifications are met.This part-time role involves working closely with Locality Officers and Area Leads to align project outcomes with community needs. You'll assist with contract management, provide solutions to contractors, and use your expertise to monitor progress and maintain quality.He aha taau e kawe mai | What you'll bringRelevant Qualifications and Experience: A recognised tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience, alongside a full NZ Driver's Licence. Strong knowledge of local government legislation, policies, and procedures is essential.Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret technical plans and specifications, audit works for compliance, and apply contract and asset management principles effectively.Problem-Solving Skills: A practical mindset for resolving issues in the field, coupled with proficiency in utilising in-field technologies to support solutions.Communication and Collaboration: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, support contractors, and maintain positive relationships.Organisational and Self-Management Skills: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities to achieve optimal outcomes.Me pehea te tono | How to ApplyIf this position sounds like you, click apply now and submit a tailored Cover Letter and CV.
