We're looking for a dedicated Capital & Projects Accountant to play a pivotal role in managing financial aspects across our capital and operational expenditure projects.You will collaborate closely with our Finance, Infrastructure and Property teams, as well as our Property and Commercial Manager.
Your responsibilities will include providing strategic financial advice, meticulous financial oversight of projects from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with financial best practices.You will also:Develop funding plans and financial models for major projects.Provide accurate and timely financial reports throughout project lifecycles.Prepare comprehensive financial reports for our Finance and Performance Committee.Support sound financial practice across departments and help develop systems and procedures as required.Calculate development contributions and manage finance system functionalities related to projects.About you:We're seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual who thrives in managing project finances and optimising costs.
