You will also actively seek out and apply the latest best practices to find opportunities for improving efficiency and delivering high-quality results.What you'll bringTertiary qualifications are recommended, postgraduate qualifications are desirable.5-10 + Years of experience in ITDemonstrated knowledge and experience across: Windows 10/11 and M365 (AAD, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams etc)Technical knowledge and skills in SCCM/MECM, Jamf, App packaging, Intune, Autopilot, Desktop Virtualisation and Chrome book admin.Coaching, capability, and mentoring leadership skillsExperience in implementing standards consistently across the teamsPerformance measurement / ReportingExperience forecasting, project, and pipeline reporting.Experience with People and Project Conflict resolution.Why join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
