In this role, you will support the delivery of effective and efficient services in organisation and capability development, as well as employee engagement. You will coordinate university-wide staff engagement surveys, orientation and induction activities, and support manager and employee development offerings. Appointment is commensurate with experience within the range of $67,184 - $95,514. This full-time (37.5h) role is based at our beautiful Manawatu campus in Palmerston North.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support and advice on learning and development options.Support the creation, circulation, and analysis of employee engagement surveys.Coordinate and support the delivery of learning and development programmes.Support the creation and maintenance of engaging learning materials using various tools and channels.Contribute to facilitation of small to medium learning events both online and face-to-face.Manage the operational running of the Learning Management System (LMS).Collaborate with colleagues to gather feedback and compile learning reports.Qualifications And ExperienceA tertiary qualification or relevant experience in a similar role is essential.1-2 years of operational experience in organisation capability or learning and development.Experience in facilitation or delivery of learning events.Proficiency in using digital tools and Learning Management Systems.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.Commitment to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.About UsMassey University is a world-leading institution renowned for its research and academic excellence.
