We're seeking a dynamic Candidate Manager/Administrator to join our team in Palmerston North. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in building strong relationships, sourcing top-notch candidates, and supporting our recruitment team to achieve remarkable success.Key Responsibilities:Achieve individual KPIs with determination and finesse.Consistently recruit and retain top-quality candidates.Keep your manager in the loop with timely activity and placement reports.Collaborate closely with recruiters to be the primary point of contact for candidates.Foster and maintain strong, lasting customer & candidate relationships.Build trust with customers.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the recruitment process.Keep communication flowing smoothly throughout the recruitment journey.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within our existing client base.Be the first responder to inbound phone calls to the branch.Database Management and Compliance.Payroll support.Social media and Marketing support.To be successful in this role you will:Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Have a fun sense of humour.Be a natural team-player.Be computer savvy competent on MS Suites.Be highly organized with excellent time management skills.Ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a service and process-focused position.Have experience in a professional people-centric business.Be comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment.Ready to be the driving force behind our recruitment success?
