For now, it is all about the candidates - managing their and the clients' expectations.Currently without a Candidate Manager, you will step into the breach and own the front end when it comes to candidate attraction, orientation, onboarding/check-ins (early starts), and any problem-solving regarding temps as it occurs. From there, you will keep the pipeline active and the ATS up to date. Knowing whom and when thereby enabling you to actively engage clients and internal members of the team when it comes to suitable candidates for assignments ensures you are a vital part of the operation. Replacements and backfills might need you to work outside of normal hours, ensuring that they deliver on what they promise.You will be passionate about delivering outcomes, actively managing and building rapport with your talent pool and clients when suitable. The key to this role is the 'can-do' attitude you bring to the operation. It is also about staying with process and procedure with a high dose of personality.Minimum Requirements:Current or previous agency recruitment experience in this market is preferred. Someone with strong related experience in working in a fast-moving, target-oriented driven environment will be considered.
