The BUSY School NZ (TBSNZ) offers alternative education for Y11-13 students who have disengaged from traditional schooling.
Our Auckland campus provides a supportive environment where students complete senior school and gain vocational qualifications, preparing them for employment or further education.
We are seeking a Campus Principal to lead the opening of our new Auckland campus.
This permanent, full-time role is focused on fostering a culture of learning, wellbeing, and career pathways.
The Campus Principal will lead a dedicated team, support students in setting achievable goals, and ensure their progress in a trauma-informed environment.
The role involves strategic leadership, staff management, and alignment with the school's vision and values.

About you:

Proven leadership and management skills in education, with a focus on student outcomes.
Expertise in teaching and learning strategies, especially for diverse and inclusive environments.
Experience with student welfare and support systems.
Relevant Bachelor's degree and current registration with the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.
Ability to meet safety check requirements under the Children's Act 2014, including police vetting.
