Our new Tauranga Campus will be opening January 2025 and we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Campus Office Administrator (OA) to support our Campus Principal (CP) and the wider Leadership Team. The preferred candidate will be an experienced, technology savvy OA with strong organisational and relationship skills seeking a permanent part-time person (20 hours pw, 45 weeks per annum). Days and work hours to be negotiated with successful applicant however flexibility over days and the ability to work additional hours if required would be advantageous. Managing the school office in an efficient and organised manner;
Providing administration support to management, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students;
Assisting with IT issues to ensure the smooth running of the site;
Invoicing and preparation of monthly accounts for payment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
The successful candidate will have two to three years' administrative experience, preferably in an education setting, a positive, can-do attitude, be highly organised and methodical, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
