Job Description The opportunity:
As the Plumbing, Gasfitting & Drainlaying (PGD) Campus Delivery Manager, you will lead the operational and strategic management of multiple campuses delivering Plumbing programmes. Your role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of these campuses, enhancing student success rates, and fostering a positive team culture. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide a high-quality learning environment and drive programme performance.
Your key responsibilities: Operational leadership
Lead and manage the learning staff and administrative teams, ensuring efficient operations and a quality learning environment that meets NZQA and TEC requirements. Academic leadership and consistency
Promote a unified approach to teaching while providing mentorship to ensure the highest standards of educational programme delivery. Campus planning and revenue management
Contribute to business planning, manage budgets, and develop strategies to increase student enrolments and programme performance. Staff management and development
Mentor campus staff, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee tutor allocation to maintain optimal staffing levels. Stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to enhance the learning experience and ensure smooth operational workflows. Student success and programme quality
Monitor student success rates and attendance, implementing strategies to enhance learner outcomes and maintain programme quality. Campus culture and values
Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that reflects our values, ensuring a supportive and engaging learning environment for all. Desired Skills and Experience What you'll bring Experience: 5-7 years in the plumbing industry, education management, or a similar training environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, hospitality, or a related field. Operations management: Experience in managing operations, facilities, and timetabling. Leadership: Proven leadership experience in managing large teams, preferably in a training or educational environment. Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building partnerships with external stakeholders.
