Campaign Manager

As the Campaign Manager, you will be working alongside and supporting the Campaign Manager and the wider loyalty team, providing high-quality support in this part of the business where all the magic happens! Our client is looking for an experienced manager who can anticipate needs, build relationships with internal stakeholders, and work well under pressure. Duties Include Execute loyalty campaigns and communications, managing the process from agency briefing to final execution as part of the overall brand and retail calendar. Collaborate with the Loyalty Partner Manager and Regional Loyalty teams to support the delivery of the Customer Engagement program. Measure, monitor, and optimise campaigns to achieve commercial objectives. Assist with the execution of other Marketing Campaigns as needed, including retail events and brand projects. What are we looking for? Outstanding communication skills, a professional and friendly manner. Creative nature and an appreciation for visual design. Advanced knowledge and experience with social media. A natural people person with a good sense of humour. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
