Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' brand and marketing investments from start to finish. This is a hands on position that involves a diverse range of marketing responsibilities, including collaboration with clients to understand their business objectives, campaign management and execution, proposal and costing preparation, data analysis, partner/vendor management and external agency coordination.You will work closely with our senior brand strategist to support the development of brand and creative strategies, integrate advanced AI tools as an AI-forward marketer to enhance our capabilities (and optimise client investments), and manage digital marketing initiatives to engage target audiences effectively on behalf of our clients. Your curiosity and expertise in AI and project management will help streamline marketing execution, generate actionable insights, track ROI, and recommend strategic improvements. Additionally, through your client engagement, you will proactively identify and convert incremental engagement opportunities. Ultimately, you will serve as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their brand and marketing objectives are met with precision and creativity.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Oversee end-to-end campaign management from conception to execution to support and enhance creative objectives.Regularly monitor, report on, and optimise campaigns and brand engagement to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.Ensure all campaign outputs accurately reflect the brand's image and meet established quality standards.AI Integration and Data Analysis:Research, recommend, trial, implement and utilise advanced AI tools to enhance marketing strategies, streamline processes, and improve campaign outcomes.Analyse and report on campaign ROI using AI to derive actionable insights and trends to optimise marketing efforts.Identify and adopt AI tools for inhouse use to amplify Fabric's capabilities, customer service delivery and speed to market.Continuously explore and recommend new AI technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of innovation.Marketing and Communication Initiatives:Work alongside creative, media, and production partners to implement and manage marketing campaign activities to reach and engage target audiences.Plan, coordinate, and supervise the allocation of marketing budgets.Analyse marketing and prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.Client Management:Identify and upsell additional services within existing client accounts to drive future engagement opportunities.Ensure strategic alignment between client objectives and campaign executions.Create customer case studies and content for the company website.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a brand, digital or creative services agency.Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.Strong client relationship management skills.Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.Computer literacy/technical skills:Ability to use LinkedIn to an advanced levelProficient in advanced AI tools and data analysis techniques.Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, Word and PlannerProficiency in Miro, Canva or other value add design or PM applications would be advantageous Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
