Our client, a well-established company, is looking for an "Action Campaign Manager" who can focus on delivering integrated campaigns across six main marketing functions – Content Marketing, Online Event Marketing, Social, Email Marketing, and a small amount of digital marketing and website management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Head of Marketing, and a marketing support team of three for the delivery of go-to-market campaigns designed to drive demand and lead generation for state-of-the-art personal programs designed to help NZ'ers implement strategies to get them financially fit, grow their wealth, and achieve their financial goals.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for leading and executing new campaigns, coordinating and maintaining lead generation support, analysing campaigns, mining data and insights, coordinating impactful creative content, and delivering virtual events and webinars.
You will also be responsible for briefing and managing an agency partner, who assists with specific areas of campaigns.
The right candidate will have the energy and marketing acumen to work alongside a dynamic marketing team, take direction from the Head of Marketing, and understand the growth plan to deliver on-point, story-led marketing campaigns that resonate with audiences, causing them to take action and empower their own financial journeys and lives.
