Farmlands Co-Operative – Burnside, South Island Mo te whai waahi | About the opportunity The role of Campaign Lead (six month fixed-term role) is to drive end to end campaign strategy and delivery.
Your role is to plan and execute campaigns across a variety of sectors in the business including retail, on farm (B2B), and the Farmlands Card.
You will be working with multiple category teams within the business as well as external suppliers, so you will need to have strong stakeholder management skills.
Ensuring internal teams and suppliers are taken on the journey throughout the campaign process and presenting campaign results is key.
Mohou ake | About you 5+ years' marketing and digital experience.
Experience in EDM communications and customer segmentation.
Ability to sell ideas and pitch for the investment required to deliver quality and effective work.
Ability to learn about products and sectors and communicate USPs effectively to end customers.
Capable of thinking on your feet, asking probing questions and meeting deadlines.
The desire and ability to create memorable sales driving campaigns.
Knowledge of the agriculture industry is desirable but not essential.
