We offer secondary-level (hospital and specialist) care and a selected range of community and domiciliary services for the population of Counties Manukau - the area that stretches from Otahuhu to Port Waikato.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity We are currently seeking applications from Clinical Psychologists for various permanent roles across all our community sites.
Whether you are a few years into your practice or an experienced Clinical Psychologist, we have opportunities for you to further develop your skills.
Mental Health Roles: Rapua Te Ao Waiora (RTAW, Adult Community Mental Health) - Permanent, we can offer up to 1FTE.
Based at 5-19 Great South Road, Papakura. We work with pakeke/adults aged 18 - 65 years of age, living in the southern region of Counties Manukau.
Our integrated care services provide specialist mental health care for those with serious mental health and addiction problems living across Papakura and Manurewa.
We work closely with pakeke/adults and their whaanau, non-government organisations, and their primary care providers – GP practices and marae.
RTAW works closely with our Rapua Whaioranga Cultural Clinical Service and are based on the same site.
This will offer an opportunity to connect and link in closely with our Rapua Whaioranga staff and services.
This is our Maori-based service with cultural advisors included in the team which makes up the Maori Integrated Care South Services.
Manukau Community Adult Mental Health Service - Permanent, we can offer up to 0.8FTE.
Based at 6/17 Lambie Drive, Manukau. The Manukau locality service provides a range of high-quality, integrated, and comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment interventions, and support for adults experiencing mental health and co-existing drug and alcohol issues who reside in the Papatoetoe, Manukau, Wiri, and Manurewa areas.
We operate as a dynamic, supportive, and innovative multidisciplinary team of professionals.
We service a unique and growing multi-cultural population of Counties Manukau, which will enable you to be continually stimulated and challenged as you work with a diverse group of service users presenting with a range of mental health needs.
We work closely with our service users, non-government organisations, and their primary care providers.
