Position Overview: As Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and empowering team members based in Australia and New Zealand to achieve their best. Working closely with our operations team, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of service excellence and continual improvement. Additionally, you will handle various office administration tasks to support the day-to-day functioning of the team.
