Call Centre Representative

About the role You will be working as part of our contact centre team.
We are flexible - your new role will be Casual You will be mostly handling calls; however, this can progress to handling other contacts such as email, web form, SMS, webchat as well as working within CRM and ticketing systems.

Duties & responsibilities · Handle calls (and other contacts) efficiently and within allocated shift patterns · Log details on every call, email or communication received to ensure accurate information is provided to our clients.
· Ensure the customer experience meets our and our clients' standards.
· Follow instructions and communicate well with team members and management.
· Assist in other areas of the business when required.
Skills & experience · Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal and written) · Reliable, self-motivated and a team player · Highly organized and attentive to detail · Proven ability to produce accurate written information.
· Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office · Previous customer service experience in an inbound/outbound role preferred but not essential.
