Job Description: As a Credit Control Call Center Representative, you will be at the forefront of managing our clients' accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any outstanding issues. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their payment-related queries and concerns. Negotiating payment arrangements and settlements to resolve outstanding debts. Updating client accounts accurately and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
