You will be joining a small, dynamic and collaborative team whilst being offered training and development opportunities to further your career.This is an exciting opportunity to drive the evolution of New Zealand's leading and most exciting parking app!About the role:We are looking for a Team Leader to own our Customer Care and Administration functions for the ParkMate team. This is a brand new role that has been created to support our growth trajectory and will report to the ParkMate Business Manager.We have a small, tight knit team where everyone gets stuck in to support a wide variety of areas. Along with the below, you will regularly have the opportunity to get involved in broader aspects of our App and business activity.This is a fantastic opportunity for you to show off your leadership, organisational and customer service skills.In this role you will:Lead all day to day customer care and administrative functionsPrioritise and delegate workload across the teamOwn management of SOP and internal / external communication templatesIdentify, develop and execute continuous improvement opportunitiesOwn reporting on the business units performanceSupport wider app activity such as development, prioritisation and testingWhat you will bring:Some of the key skills and qualities we are looking for are:A love for technology and a hunger to deliver outstanding customer outcomesSound understanding of principles of team leadership, with particular emphasis on consultation and strong channels of communication.Experience and success in the development, implementation and measurement of Customer Service and Operational processes and strategies.Proven track record in achievement of key performance indicators in a sales, customer or operationally focused role.Strong time management, task and project management skills with the ability to delegate and manage your teams workload.Intermediate experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookWhat's in it for youHybrid working from CBD officeFree parkingWork with market-leading company in a collaborative & cross functional teamDiscount perks appIf this sounds like the role for you - apply now!Apply online for this role or contact ParkMate for more information.
