We pride ourselves on delivering a Premium Experience by providing the very best in customer service to all our clients.The RoleAs a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Your role will involve offering accurate information on automotive services and products, troubleshooting customer concerns, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. You will also manage customer data in our CRM system, generate daily reports, and support lead generation activities by handling warranty renewals and service reminders. A key part of the role is ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support:Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers regarding automotive products and services.Provide accurate information and assistance on vehicle features, maintenance, warranty, and service options.Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our automotive products, services, and promotions.Data Entry and Documentation:Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.Prepare reports on customer inquiries and feedback for analysis daily.Customer Satisfaction:Ensure all inbound calls are answered within 3 rings where possible.Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service.Lead Generation:Generate leads through the database and assign in AutoPlay for Sales teams.Contact customers with warranties expiring soon to renew if required.Manage service/WOF reminders to the database and arrange bookings.Salary: $55k + Bonus OTE $90KHours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pmAbout YouPrevious experience in customer service.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, AutoPlay) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve customer issues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Have you worked in a call centre before?Do you have customer service experience?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have a current New Zealand driver's licence?
