Call Center Officer

Job Description: Mosaic is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, the Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and accurately recording information into our database. Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide information- Recording accurate and detailed notes in the database regarding each customer interaction- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times- Adhering to company policies and procedures- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Reliable and motivated individual- Strong attention to detail and time management skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Benefits:- Company-provided equipment- Retirement plan options- Vision insurance coverage Working Environment:At Mosaic, we strive to pursue excellence in every endeavor, setting a high standard for achievement.
