Job Description: ABM Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.3. Provide information about products and services, promote sales, and upsell when appropriate.4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall efficiency and customer service.6. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.7. Maintain a positive attitude and empathy towards customers at all times.8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements:1.
