Job Description: LanzaTech is seeking a highly skilled Call Center Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level role, the Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our call center operations. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our customer service department. Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall call center performance and customer satisfaction.2. Manage and motivate a team of call center agents to meet and exceed performance targets.3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback on trends and patterns.6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.7. Audit call recordings and provide feedback for quality improvement.8. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner.9. Maintain a positive and productive work environment for call center staff.10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service. Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management.3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.7.
