Job Description:Kimberly-Clark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service and meets performance targets.Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of call center representatives, including hiring, training, and performance managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivityMonitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are metHandle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experienceConduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team membersStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center managementCreate and maintain a positive and productive work environment for call center staffRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 6 years of experience in call center managementStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsReliable and hardworkingPresentation and strategic planning skillsExperience with call center software and CRM systemsBenefits:Parental leavePaid Time Off (PTO)Relocation allowanceWorking Environment:At Kimberly-Clark, we believe in aligning work with a greater purpose.
