- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, call center metrics, and service trends to share with management and help improve processes.

### Requirements: - **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a call center or customer service role.
Experience in a similar industry (packaging or paper production) is preferred.
