Job Description: Fannie Mae is looking for a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
