We are well-known in the Hydraulics and Torque wrench fields, and as we steadily gain a strong reputation in the High Voltage Power and Electrical space, we are growing our disciplines within our Calibration and Service team.Our ideal candidate will have strong physical dexterity and mechanical aptitude to provide service, fault-finding, and repair to our gear in-house, as well as calibrate wrenches, tools and specialised, high voltage electrical gear to our clients across the South Island. With responsibility for a Branch based Service Bay and mobile Calibration Van, you will be highly organised and computer savvy to schedule Service work and plan travel to Calibration clients across the South Island (2-8 weeks per annum). We are a small team, so we all get stuck in and help each other out when the pressure is on.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Timely and accurate turn-around of repaired tools.Calibration, service & repair of Torque Wrenches, Pumps, and tools as per OEM.Providing quotes for replacement tools and cross selling of HTC wider services.Coordinating workflow by ensuring that jobs are booked in, tools repaired, customers informed of expected delivery dates and all invoicing completed.Organising and planning clients visits and providing detailed invoices for services.Ensuring all relevant certification and customer records are kept up to date.The ideal candidate shall possess:Relevant skills and experience in a related field such as: Automotive, Pneumatics or Hydraulic tools repair and servicing.Mechanical aptitude and skills in the calibration and servicing of wrenches, tools and specialised equipment.Strong problem-finding skills and a great ability to diagnose faults and make suitable recommendations to our clients.Computer savvy and efficient record keeping of all invoices to clients.Full NZ driver's license, First Aid Cert, EAS Cert.Experience in the calibration of high-voltage, electrical equipment is advantageous, but not required.Sound good?
