bp Connect Smales Farm (Auckland) We are excited to share that we are looking for a Café Team Lead to join our team! Thisis a Full Time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday, 5:30am to 1:30pm. As a Cafe Team Lead, you will be an important part of the management team at bp, helping to promote Wild Bean Cafe sales and helping to deliver operational success. You will do this by coaching and developing Wild Bean Cafe staff to deliver great coffee and food whilst ensuring a high level of customer service. You will maximise sales through product and stock management and ensure adherence to HSSE standards.

Specifically, you bring the following skills and attributes: Previous leadership experience in a cafe or similar industryEffective communication skills with a competency in English (reading, writing and speaking)Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer serviceOrganisational skills – with the ability to multi-task in a busy settingAttention to detail, the ability to work in accordance with safe work practices and operational procedures, as well as a level-head to carry out emergency activities if requiredA real team player who is keen to wear our brand with prideEligibility to work in NZAs you progress you might choose to explore other customer service or leadership opportunities in our expanding retail network.
