We are looking for an energetic Café Supervisor to join our village catering team.
Ideally you will have experience in café operations, customer service, food control plans and ideally have a Barista qualification.
You will be responsible for the daily operation of the on-site café: provide quality food and drinks and be part of a team providing exciting events for our residents.
This is a full-time job with 40hrs per fortnight working from Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30-17:00hrs.
Qualifications: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and organisational skills as well as the ability to multi-task Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Demonstrated high level of self-motivation and initiative to set and achieve goals Ability to demonstrate experience at food preparation and hygiene standards Experience in operating a café is desirable (but not essential) Barista qualification preferred Current Food Handling certificate Experience with cash handling and basic financials Strong understanding of food safety High level of personal hygiene Additional Information: To recognise the important work that you do for our residents, we offer: An enthusiastic and supportive team that is fun to be part of Health cover, social sporting teams and discounts at a range of suppliers plus much more If you, or someone you know, are strong enough to care, then we would love to hear from you.
