Café Supervisor/ Barista - Gisborne

The Jolly Miller Café is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Barista across multiple locations, offering work-life balance and flexible rosters.
01st November, 2024 We are looking for a part-time Café Supervisor/Barista for our Gisborne store who is team-oriented, fast-paced, and has a passion for customer service!
Applicants will be experienced Baristas and will work as a Supervisor when the manager is not in the store.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the overseeing and supervising day-to-day operations
Ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Jolly Miller group specifications
Maintaining the highest standards for all Jolly Miller products
Providing exceptional customer service and being an exceptional role model for your team
Fostering an environment of respect, collaboration, and teamwork within the store
Following all cash management policies and procedures to ensure accountability of all monies
Barista duties including Latte art
Baristas who apply should be able to:
Adjust and correct machine and grinder settings
Have experience making all types of espresso coffee
Produce consistent, high-quality coffee with Latte art
Deal with daily opening and closing of the coffee machine
Supervise daily operations and large teams
Work autonomously and as part of a team
Have excellent presentation and customer service
