We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as the Café Program Development Manager.About the Role:As the Café Program Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our café into a thriving business while enhancing its function as a social service hub.
You will develop innovative programs that engage students, promote community connection, and support the mission of our church.What will your responsibilities be: Making Great Coffee!Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.Develop and implement strategies to grow the café's business, including marketing initiatives and community partnerships.Support programs aimed at reaching and supporting students, fostering a sense of belonging and community.Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to integrate social services into café offerings.
