"Good Food, Great Service and Excellent Coffee" We would love to hear from you if you love working with food/Coffee and systems, have a great work ethic, and are dedicated to all you undertake.Details of the job:Full Time Permanent Position with a minimum of 35 hours weekly.Pay rate: $24 an hourObjective of the role: Requires an experienced candidate who can independently run the day-to-day operations of the cafe without any supervision.The Job Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Oversees Store Operation (FOH and BOH)Ensure TCC Store Log Book is completed and signed offComply with the Liquor Licensing Act 2012Assist Franchisee in Recruiting, Inducting, and training all team membersAssist Franchisee in creating team member rosters, calculating hours for payroll, daily banking, cash upEnsure all menu items are prepared and presented as per TCC Excellent Coffee and Good Food Manuals and available throughout the entire trading dayEnsure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained to the highest standard by complying with cleaning and maintenance schedulesEnsure Food Safety Requirements are in place according to the TCC Food Control PlanEnsure Workplace Health and Safety Regulations are followed by all team membersEnsure that the cleaning and wash-up area workload is shared and completed by BOH & FOH team membersMaintain a high level of customer service and satisfactionPromote sales through effective marketing, retail merchandising, and selling procedures in conjunction with the FranchiseeEnsure maximum Productivity and Profitability in the Store by minimizing Wastage and controlling Labour CostsBe on call for all emergencies and any unexpected Store or Staffing requirementsRequirements and skills required for the role:Preferable related or relevant Retail/Customer Service or similar role work experience of 2-3 years is desirable.Relevant qualification is desirable.Strong problem-solving skillsSavvy with food hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchenPassionate about food and self-motivated Team players that work well in service-oriented environmentsExcellent communicators with strong work ethic and positive attitudeAble to work flexible hours including weekendsEligible to work in New ZealandA Manager and Food Safety Certificate would be advantageous.Please email your CV to ****** Type: Full-timePay: From $24.00 per hourSchedule:Day shiftOn callWeekend availabilityLicence/Certification:Duty Managers License (Preferred)
