Responsibilities:Planning menus in consultation with ChefsPlanning and organising special functionsArranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budgetMaintaining records of stock levels and financial transactionsEnsuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearanceConferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and serviceSelecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staffMay take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking ordersQualification & Experience:Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Cafe is desirable but not required.Must be a New Zealand Citizen or ResidentJob Type: Full-timePay: $46,800.00 – $53,040.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hamilton, Waikato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Deadline: 01/09/2024Expected Start Date: 15/09/2024
