Position: Cafe Manager
About PRAGAT LIMITED:
PRAGAT LIMITED is a vibrant coffee shop that serves high-quality coffee and a variety of light meals and snacks. We are currently looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe, ensuring that we continue to provide exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere to all our customers.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily cafe operations, including oversight of staff, scheduling, and supply management.
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize sales.
Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service consistently.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and planning of all cafe resources and activities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage customer complaints and queries to maintain a high customer satisfaction level.
Oversee the presentation of the cafe and cleanliness of both the front and back of the house.

Requirements:

Either 3 years of relevant experience or suitable qualification (Diploma/Degree or above).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain relationships with patrons and staff.
Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
A passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the industry trends and best practices.
