LET'S WORK IN NZ LTD – New Plymouth, North IslandOur Client in New Plymouth, Taranaki is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Cafe Manager to join their team.The role is a permanent full-time position with some occasional overtime to meet seasonal demand, including weekend work and occasional evenings. Minimum 30 hours guaranteed.Responsibilities:Working with an existing Food Control PlanRostering of staffEnsuring that all compliance requirements of the cafe are adhered toStriving to achieve revenue budget and cost of sale percentageCash/EFTPOS handling of transactionsOrganisational, time management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to be flexible and work well under pressureGood oral and written communication skillsJob Requirements:Friendly manner and exceptional customer service skillsAny qualification in Business ManagementBarista qualification or experience is preferredMaking coffee is an essential part of this role
