Ideally you'll have previous management experience and an existing base knowledge of coffee.
We're a small team, and we all work together to get stuff done - we all wash dishes, clear tables, make coffee and share ideas - so you'll need to be happy to be a team player who leads from the front and contributes wherever needed.KEY REQUIREMENTS:Genuinely enjoy connecting with people and making their day.Proven experience in cafe or restaurant managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsPassion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesKnowledge of inventory management and cost controlFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysIdeally have 2+ years experience in a barista or chef role.Identify with the Coffee Supreme brand and values.Be a team player and contribute to a positive team culture.Be reliable and punctualBe well presentedWork hard and be high energyHave a positive can-do attitude.EXTRA DETAILSThis is a full time salaried role with an opportunity to take part in a profit share programme.
The cafe is currently open 6 days a week and you will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
