You'll oversee all operational aspects, including inventory and supply management, invoicing, cash handling, and resolving operational issues. By collaborating closely with Café Assistants, Baristas, and our Head Chef, you will ensure excellent service and foster strong team dynamics. Additionally, you will help establish our flagship location as a destination café, elevating our offerings and enhancing our wholesale operations.Who are we looking for?We're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing café operations smoothly.
