Days of work are Monday to Friday, with occasional Weekend work.
Ko o Kawenga/Your Responsibilities The Food: Ensuring the quality of every dish we serve!
Order supplies, hands-on cooking, menu development, allergen and nutrition management.
The Business: Making sure the site runs within budget (or better than budget!
), entering payroll, processing invoices, stock take and month end processes.
The People: Managing, developing and training your team to grow capability and a positive team environment.
The Safety: Making sure our people get home safely and our consumers are safe every day by ensuring the site is compliant with health and safety and food safety practices.
He Korero Mou/About You If you're our ideal candidate; You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
You will have previous experience cooking in a commercial kitchen, have management experience and be computer savvy.
Ideally you will hold food safety certificates (Unit Standard 167 and 168).
Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality!
