Cafe Manager - Columbus Coffee, Hastings

We are looking for a Café Manager to take charge and lead the team in our busy Columbus Coffee Café in Hastings. Columbus Coffee is a national franchise which is experiencing outstanding growth. Columbus Coffee is a trusted and progressive brand with a premium offer. Our Café is locally owned and operated. The role has direct accountability for: Ensuring that customers are the number one priority, receiving the high standard of service they deserve. Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Café and team to ensure they are performing their role as required. Promoting a Team culture that encourages a positive working environment. Ensuring the Café is effectively managed and maintained at all times. We are looking for someone who: Is extremely organised and has a great attention to detail, while also having the ability to plan ahead. Has a contagious passion for excellent coffee and food, while also having the ability to delight customers with outstanding customer service. Has the ability to see the big picture and engage staff accordingly. While previous hospitality experience is great, we will be focusing on your team management and customer service skills. Hours of work are daytime hours only, and rostered weekend and public holiday work is expected. We offer above average remuneration and generous staff buying privileges.
