We have an excellent reputation for fresh, healthy, and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers.
We serve over 15,000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.
We are looking for skilled and experienced individuals to support the management of Café Anatolia Tauranga, to provide a high-quality and memorable dining experience for our valued customers!
Our branch manager role involves managing all aspects of branch operations, including: Managing staff including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
Implementing business standards, operational procedures, and branch-specific marketing programmes.
Managing inventory and liaising with suppliers.
Managing sales targets and implementing branch budgets.
Processing invoices and daily banking.
Preparing business reports including End of Day and weekly reporting to HQ.
Coordinating premises maintenance and trade contractors.
Liaising with the local city council and government agencies.
Managing policies and compliance relevant to the Health & Safety and employment laws.
Assisting in taking orders and serving customers.
Training Job-specific training will be provided on business standards and operational procedures.
Requirements What you will bring: A trade certificate or diploma in business or hospitality.
At least three years of relevant business management experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Proven experience of 2+ years in the retail and/or hospitality industries.
Drive and motivation to successfully run all aspects of a branch, with guidance from Headquarters.
Hours of Work This is a full-time position with contracted hours between 35 to 40 per week.
We are open seven days and require applicants to be available for a range of lunch and dinner shifts across the entire week, including public holidays.
Weekend availability is a must but we do have flexible rostering with scheduled weekends off.

Competitive remuneration reflective of the role and your qualifications, skills, and experience, with a base annual salary/OTE between $56,000 to $70,000 per annum.
