Family Works delivers social services to the Southland Community, from counselling and social work support, through to buddy and parenting programmes.

As our part time cafe assistant, you will be the heart of our cafe! Your role is all about mixing up delicious drinks and scrumptious snacks while spreading good vibes and cheer.
You'll greet customers with a friendly smile, keep the cafe sparkling clean, and ensure everything is stocked and ready for the next coffee connoisseur. Think of it as a daily dose of fun where you're serving up smiles and you'll add a touch of magic to everyone's day, ensuring that everyone has a memorable experience.
Sip and Serve: Craft and serve delicious drinks and snacks, turning every order into a little moment of joy and flavor.
Chat and Cheer: Greet our lovely customers with a warm smile and engaging conversation, making every visit a delightful experience.
Clean and Shine: Keep the cafe sparkling and inviting, because a tidy space is the perfect backdrop for all those tasty treats!
Stock and Rock: Manage inventory and stock supplies with flair, ensuring we're always ready to whip up the next round of favorites!
