The role will be key to developing and supporting our 8-week CadetshipProgramme which runs three times per year.This role is a unique opportunity to support, educate and mentor all our cadets through their HCA, non-clinical placements throughout their programme. This role will support both Hospital and our community NGOs to build relationships and promote professional development through interdepartmental collaboration and education to our Cadets.You will need strong leadership, communication and educating skills.
