Cadet Quantity Surveyor

Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a Cadet Quantity Surveyor to join our Auckland team. In this role, you will be working in our Auckland office situated in Grey Lynn.
Ideally, you will have 1 – 2 years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor and will be looking for a role that will challenge and stretch your current abilities.
Responsibilities Assisting with general administration and documentation related to quantity surveying activitiesEffectively controlling costs during the construction phase of a projectReporting and forecasting of costs for the duration of the projectManaging procurement of sub-contractor and supplier packagesMonitoring and overseeing the maintenance of up-to-date project documentationCommitting to being part of a positive health and safety cultureExperience and Skills required: 1 – 2 years in a similar roleQuantity Surveying related degree or diploma is advantageousExperience working on site is advantageousIf you're eager to be a part of this journey, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
